Our home air conditioning stopped working during a recent heat wave, and was not cooling the air at all. I contacted Mr. Skerritt's firm the next day, and was extremely pleased that (1) he was able to find time in his schedule later that day, (2) he arrived and completed the work within the 3 hour window we had available, (3) he identified the one fairly inexpensive part that needed replacing, and had the A/C up and running by the time he left. Polite, professional and knowledgeable.

I can't remember the price but it was extremely reasonable. He was great, they were fabulous. I absolutely love them and I will absolutely use them again.

Mr. Skerrit installed two new thermostats and a "burning unit." Everything worked for a few months but then we had an issue with one of the thermostats. The air conditioning and the heat were running simultaneously. The thermostat was defective. Mr. Skerritt came out 3 different times to fix the problem. We had to pay for these visits. He bypassed one of the switches on the furnace to alleviate the problem. We asked that he replace the defective thermostat. The thermostat was only 6 months old. He wanted us to pay for a new thermostat. We felt that there should have been a warranty for the part. Mr. Skerritt has stopped returning our phone calls so we are unable to resolve the problem.
