My husband and I purchased a home where there were multiple offers. Sharon offered expert advice on negotiating a successful contract then worked tirelessly with us to meet contract deadlines. Her professionalism was evident in her promptness, attention to detail and especially engaging manner of making the client feel appreciated and understood. Her dedication continued after the closing with a thoughtful and personalized housewarming gift. As a side note, we encountered one of those rare instances where an unexpected and unanticipated repair was encountered shortly after moving in. Our agent not only answered our phone call in the middle of the night but provided a repairman and follow-up until the job was complete. The definition of above and beyond was expressed by the home warranty Sharon purchased for us as simply an act of kindness. She is the epitome of a real estate agent.

For the sale of the house - Sharon helped price and market the home as well as negotiate the details when an offer was made.  Sharon's attention to detail, professionalism in difficult situations and calm demeanor made the process a positive experience for everyone involved.

For the rental property - Sharon educated us about the rental market in the area in question.  She facilitated the review of applications including interpretation of confusing credit reports. Sharon shared the name of a handyman who has been able to help keep the property in the best shape.  Again, her professional, warm personality makes it a pleasure to work with her.

Sharon is the best agent we have ever worked with and there have been a few in our history in the housing market.

I currently have a constant working relationship with Sharon and she is AMAZING! She responds very quickly to any issues/questions/concerns I might have, very professional and extremely thorough! Buying your first home can be scary and challenging, but only if you do not have someone like Sharon to guide you through every step of the process. Sharon's cheerful and positive demeanor instantly puts you at ease and makes you feel like there is no need to stress, which is true if you're working with her. Sharon is very patient, which was a greatly appreciated attribute. I sent her many, many listings of houses that I wanted to look at and without delay she set up the appointments and toured us around from property to property. She is very responsive to calls and emails and makes every effort to work with your schedule, even if it means giving up her own weekends or evenings. Sharon never seems to tire. I was ready to throw in the towel at one point and she was still full of energy and ready to view the rest of the properties on my extensive list. One thing that I need to stress is how important it is to have someone like Sharon in your corner when entering the purchasing phase. We found a home that we loved and put in an offer that was accepted, but Sharon made the brilliant move of making the contract contingent upon an inspection. She recommended a home inspector that she trusts and the two of them saved us from making a very costly mistake. The home inspector was extremely thorough and ended up giving us a thick packet of issues that he had found with the house. Cosmetically, things were great, but the electrical and plumbing systems and even the structural aspects of the house were very questionable and, in some cases, dangerous. The real estate agent for the seller wanted to salvage the deal, but Sharon would never let her clients go through with a purchase in which they don't feel completely comfortable and happy. Thanks to her, we were able to back out of the contract with no repercussions and continue looking. Once we found another house and put in another accepted offer contingent on inspection, we had the same inspector come out and give us the green light with enthusiasm. In negotiations, Sharon really shines. She has such a sweet demeanor, but she likes to play hardball. When talking about a large sum of money and a big purchase like a home, that's the kind of person you want going to bat for you. She put in the work to get us a beautiful house at a price we were very comfortable with. When signing all the paperwork she took the time to go through all the details with us and make sure we understood what we were signing and how the next steps with closing, etc, would work. I have already recommended Sharon to friends who are looking for houses or who even mention wanting to buy in the future because I don't want their experience to be any less enjoyable than our was, and that means working with Sharon! If you are looking for a home, don't go with anyone else!

I could not have been happier with my experience. As a first-time home buyer I had lots of questions and wanted to see a lot of options. Sharon must have shown me two dozen homes around Anne Arundel county, always smiling and happy to answer all kinds of questions. She went out of her way to work with my schedule, showing homes from morning to night. She walked me through every step of the process including the inspection, offer, financing etc. I never felt rushed or as though I were not her number one priority.

I was so satisfied working with Sharon that I have contacted her again to work as my agent as I prepare to purchase an investment property.
