Rich and his team were timely in reaching out to bid. Once we decided on them they set a date quickly for the work itself and, per their promise, the job was completed in less than one day. The quality and detail of the work was tremendous.

If you’re looking for a paving company, I would just stop reading any more reviews and call RSA. The company was responsive, professional and the work was top notch. The parking lot looked so good afterwards, the business owners called, sent pictures and were thrilled by how much better the area looked. We have a small commercial business in DC that needed the parking lot desperately paved. To call some areas pot holes would have been kind. We had hired another company and their work was dismal. No pride in workmanship whatsoever. I called RSA after reading their reviews. Scheduling an appt was a breeze. I can’t tell you how important this turned out to be because I had been stood up by no less than 3 paving companies at that point. They either cancelled at the last minute or didn’t show up. Rich showed up at the appointed time. He assessed the site, gave me an estimate and started work w/in the next few days. The crew was professional from what I heard and the work was done very well. One other note concerning the integrity of the company and their commitment to customer satisfaction. We agreed on a certain rate and at the last minute I asked him to install two small speed bumps before I left. In my mind, I didn’t assume any incremental expense (assumed it’d just a little bit of extra asphalt). When I received the bill there was an incremental charge. I contacted Rich about this fee and as soon as I mentioned this, he indicted he completely understood the confusion, he should have stated there was an incremental fee and removed the charge. I would 100% work with them again.

It went well. We had to postpone the work due to weather but were able to reschedule easily.

They were communicated ahead of, during and after the job so we knew exactly what was taking place. We weee pleased with the work performed.

The RSA crew did an excellent job. They were respectful, made sure their work didn't accidentally harm adjacent structures (retaining wall, siding, walkway), patient to answer questions, and good at making sound recommendations. Below is a summary of the work they've done. • Remove old driveway • Regrade with rc-a gravel • Extend driveway on left side by 5-6 feet angled back into current size. • Pave driveway with 3 inches of hot asphalt

Exceedingly well: 1. RSA Paving always answered our calls, usually within a few hours. 2. RSA was willing to take on our small job that would still require large equipment on site; it helped that we were willing to be flexible about scheduling. 3. Their requested down payment was reasonable - about 20%. 4. Within just a few days of that payment, we had a scheduled date. That date did have to be moved back once (due to weather and a larger prior job requiring more time than anticipated). However, the 2nd date held firm; and the crew showed up right on time. 5. The crew all were polite, friendly, and exceedingly competent and hard working. 6. They completed the work exactly as promised. Results look great.

The job went super smoothly and very quickly. The crew came on time, completed the entire jobin 2.5 hours, cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. Mary, in the office, together with Rich (the owner) were so pleasant, efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

Came out as scheduled to give estimate. Discussed the job in detail and possible complications. Had estimate within a few days and was reasonably priced. Due to heavy demand they scheduled me for 2 months out which was fine. Got a call that they could come out a month earlier then expected. The did an excellent job and only took half as much time as needed. Have had no problems with driveway.

Rich Stanley was a pleasure to work with. The primary work I needed done was to repair about 100' of a loop at the end of my driveway which was breaking up. I also asked him for estimates on several other smaller jobs, and when I indicated that the cost was more than it was worth to me, he gave me less expensive options to accomplish my goals, which I greatly appreciated. Everything was professionally done and completed in a couple of hours. I was surprised at the number of men and pieces of equipment that came to do this relatively small job. Rich was the low cost bidder by quite a bit (and he also provided an estimate for my neighbors which was also the lowest cost by quite a bit). The only problem I had was that I the phone numberI initially had was for RSA's answering service (I may have gotten this from the web site). While they eventually got me to Mary, and Mary got me the information I needed from RIch, this was somewhat frustrating. Once I got the right phone numbers for Mary (and Rich) things moved much more quickly. I would definitely use RSA for any future paving needs and highly recommend them.

It went great. When I called them for an estimate, the owner told me he would go out and take a look. I didn't have to be there. He did and gave me an estimate he called and followed with a written estimate/ work order by email {the only contractor to do so}. They showed up at time scheduled and did a great job. After looking at some similar jobs in the neighborhood, I'm glad I hired RSA. They were not cheapest, about 10% higher than one estimate, but still reasonable, but was the most responsive. I'm very pleased with the job and it appears to be holding up very well. {I'll try an upload photos later}

I was in desperate need of a new driveway , I called RSA Paving and set A meeting up for an estimate . They came out and showed up on time ( actually 5 minutes early ) and provided a free estimate . I accepted the price and I could not be more Happy , it turned out Beautiful and I would recommend RSA Paving

The project began on time and was completed on the same day. They also did a really good job of cleaning up after themselves. Very professional, great results I would Hire them for any and all of my paving needs

Other than a 3 month weather induced gap between establishing the new grade and base, and the actual paving (got too cold to pave), everything went very well. We were able to use the driveway with the base material all winter with no problem. Very professional and skilled team. Fellow on the bobcat was amazing to watch. Grade they established was perfect and finished driveway looks and works great!

Rich and his team showed up on time at 8:30am as promised smiling and ready to work. We went over the details of the project once more and his men got to work immediately. As they began leveling the ground I had a change of heart regarding placement of a retaining wall and the guys were easy going and receptive of my changes. Rich even added a coat of sealant to my existing driveway to diminish the appearance of two differently done driveways which looks great! The pavement was done correctly and with attention to detail to even ensure proper water drainage. I was very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend RSA paving to anyone looking to add an addition to their home driveway.

Rich and his team did an exceptional job on our parking pad expansion. He called me a couple of times throughout the day with various options and executed the job flawlessly. His price was a bit higher than other quotes but it's clear that his reputation and and execution warrant a premium. I would use RSA again for my paving needs.
