The job went extremely well! We had searched hard to find someone good to install our tile and we could not have found anyone better than Royal. The quality was excellent and was done by a very experienced installer. He knew how to advise us in many areas as we made decisions and help us avoid things we wouldn't know to expect. Many tile installers who came to quote could only do the Schluter method and products. They were either too lazy to do it the standard/old fashioned way or didn't know how. Schulter may be a good product, but the consumer pays dearly for this brand. Royal knew how to do it right and didn't have to depend on Schluter to get the job done. I was impressed with the professionalism of both the owner and the installer. They are very dependable and will do what they have promised. I highly recommend calling Royal for any re-modeling needs.
