In fact they returned the very next to assist in resolving an associated issue, that was eventually determined to be a malfunctioning Humidifer, note they cleaned up a wet basement in order to discover that the problem was not any fault of PJ's PLUMBING & SEPTIC!  They acomplish this objective quickly and FREE of any additional charges.

RJ's Plumbing responded the same day we called. RJ's inspected the heater and determined we needed a new heater (the old one was 15 years old and leaking). They gave us an estimate (heater cost and labor) and installed a new heater the next day. Everything was completed at estimated cost. RJ's responsiveness to our immediate need was tremendous (we had guests staying with us at the time), and they performed the service immeadiately where other companies were telling us they couldn't handle us for a couple of days.

RJ'S WAS VERY EFFICIENT IN PERFORMING THE PERK TEST. KEPT LANDSCAPING DAMAGE TO A MINIMUM. THEY CAME OUT TO HELP DRAW UP PLANS TO SUBMIT TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT, AND EVEN MET WITH THE GUY FROM THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR US. FINALLY CAME OUT AND DID THE WORK AS PROMISED.
