The quality of the work was fine, with only one minor hiccough when a toilet was not fully reconnected after being moved around and it leaked a bit, but they fixed that the next time they were out. Given the scope of work, (we're engaged in a major renovation) one little thing is not too shabby. Our problem is that the guys are kind of unhygienic. One gent, when he uses our restroom, doesn't wash his hands. Another of the plumbers is often a bit careless with his cigarette butts. And today, as they were leaving, another relieved himself in the street. (Apart from being icky, this also struck me as problematic because all of our neighbors have at least one person home during the day and about half of them have pre-school-aged kids.) His boss was here as well, loading up the truck at the time.

They were very professional, courteous, and responsive.  They were upfront, told me how to save money, and I liked the way they do business.
