Brian was very responsive and did a great job. He kept me informed every step of the way. The screened enclosure installation was fairly complex and he had to do a lot of work to make it compatible with my home. I would definitely hire him again for future work.

"I am amazed at this review on two counts. One, that the member took three years to voice his concerns and two, I was in communication with the member all the time during the work and showing him what was being used and how we were proceeding. Never once did he show any adverse concern or question my work or the work of the crew that day. In fact, he viewed the work after is was finished and paid the balance of the estimate the same day. In three years time this was the first I have heard of any dissatisfaction with the work. I hope that other members will view this review for what it is - baseless."

We had several estimates from different contractors for our project which consisted of replacing 12 interior doors. Our house is old and the existing doors are all of different sizes. Some contractors were not interested in doing this work because it entailed carpentry skills and special tools. Mr. Prince was willing to take on this project and he came with good reviews. His price was not the least expensive but we felt comfortable having him work on our house.
Mr. Prince completed the project. There were a few delays because of the weather but that was understandable. We feel Mr. Prince was responsive and prompt. The job was completed and we are happy with the results. I would recommend him to others that have a project that requires professional carpentry skills.

I also had this company design, build and install a custom mantle over my fireplace; I do not remember the cost. Both projects were of very hight quality, and met my requirements. I wanted quality workmanship, not generic poorly-made box store items. Brian did a great job, and gets any of my future business.

The upgrades look good and were done well. He did sent a good update a couple times as well. The only downside was it took 2 weeks longer than originally discussed.

We've used Brian several times. We are military living out of state and rent out a town home. He's always been very punctual, reliable and trustworthy. His higher prices are worth it. When I called him for more work in March, I even told him I was happy we had someone we could rely on. He said he would be out to our home on March 28th to take care of the immediate problem on the outside of the house, an easy shutter reattachment, then return the following for the rest of the list a week or so later. I called him 2.5 weeks later and left a message, never returned my call. Called again today, left a message, and no return call. I finally called my tenants to see if he had come out, they said they never heard from him or saw him. They didn't call to let me know as they didn't want to be pushy renters.

Our nearly 30 year old dining room table pedestal cracked and we needed to have it fixed. Brian was quick with his estimate and we dropped off the pedestal and a couple days later it was fixed. He did a fantastic job and we would use him again.

I liked them very much. I was just waiting for the weather to get warmer before I was gonna give them a call to see if they could come out and do them. I'm very pleased with him. He's a very nice man, very professional and he does a nice job. The lighting is much better. It's not as cold as the fluorescent light and he did a nice job. He paint it over and everything and I really liked it. The price is very reasonable.

Honest and on time. Quote was competitive with another company, however the timeline we had differed from when we received the estimate. Not the fault of Prince Construction. Would call on him again for an estimate.

Brian was great. A super nice guy. He installed crown molding in two bedrooms. Both rooms were very complex and are not a simple square room. The end result looked great.

There were different options to perform the work and Mr. Prince suggested the best in light of constraints our house had. He surpassed our expectations, recommend him to others, and would want him to do more work in the future.
