Mortgage Companies
John Robb of 1st Mariner was contacted for mortgage services,
specifically for a mortgage pre-approval. John Robb was first contacted
in April 2012. All required documentation was sent in April 2012. After
not hearing from John Robb, on July 5th, I contacted him to see how
things were progressing. It was then that John informed that all of the
documents, W2's, checking statements, investment balances, had all be
lost. He had received the documentation but could no longer locate them.
To this day, they have not been recovered, not returned. Stupidly, I
resent this documentation; this is my fault, not his. After all of this,
I have never received either a rejection for a mortgage or
pre-approval. I have received nothing from this ordeal. I would never
recommend John Robb nor recommend that you send confidential records to
such an incompetent, unprofessional lender.
