The hair cut wasn't great, but it wasn't bad.

My appointment was at 9AM, I arrived and showed the stylist a picture of the haircut I wanted.  I'm a male and hadn't had a hair cut in almost a year, but needed one before a friends wedding.  They washed my hair, and cut it from about shoulder length to a couple of inches on top.  I was very satisfied, I was out the door by 945.

Heather was friendly and professional and very gentle. She managed to be pleasantly chatty while expertly filing and painting my nails. It was a very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend Heather. Although, I have to say that I've been going to this salon for years and had many different nail techs, and my nails are always done well. No matter which tech you use, you can't go wrong when you're at Image Creators.

Very impressed with the overall appearance of the salon.  The ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming.  I was really nervous of what the outcome would be, but Beth explained everything she was going to do to correct my messed up color.  As soon as she washed my hair and I looked in the mirror I knew she knew what she was doing.  I couldn't be more pleased with my experience, particularly with Beth.  She is an awesome colorist!  I went from being drabby depressed brown to being back to my usual highlighted blond. So glad I joined Angie's list because I would have never found this salon on my own.

Very professional and great service. Rae cuts my daughter's hair, Jae cuts mine, and Renee does my brows. They are all just wonderful.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. My stylist was Lesa - she was very professional, knowledgable and pleasant. She washed and cut my hair. I am new to the area - its always difficult finding a stylist you like. The cut and style Lesa gave me is possibly the best I have EVER had. I am extremely pleased and will be returning.

Devin has cut my college-aged son's hair a few times. He has been very happy with the results and he is not easy to please. My son calls ahead whenever he comes home for break to schedule an appointment. Devin has extended his work day on occasion to accommodate him.

In addition, the staff has been very friendly and helpful whenever we have come into the salon. We are extremely thankful to have found such a great salon!

I recently moved to the area and had to find a new stylist?from the moment I called the salon, they were friendly and helpful, paired me with an excellent stylist and I had such a positive experience, I decided to try their other services as well. As a result, I developed a great relationship with a new stylist (Becky), I have a new esthetician (Kassandra) and started to get my massages there as well at the spa. 

I love Jolie because she is the best at what she does. They always get the best salon award. Overall, they are very good. I like the woman who does facials and massages as well. I have been going there since I moved to this area in 2003.

Trish was wonderful. I felt very comfortable in her hands. The color was perfect and the cut just what I wanted. The shampoo person was great too (Rayna?) A mini head massage along with the shampoo,

Two different stylists cut and styled each of my teens (boy and girl). They were punctual and friendly and seemed to listen to my kids description of what they wanted. My daughter thought hers was a bit too short but liked the style. My son was pleased all the way around.

I've had monthly appointments with stylist, Karen, over the past three months. She has been punctual, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. The front desk and shampoo teams have been equally pleasant and professional.

It is a clean and professional environment. They take their time with you and do not rush you. The stylist is pretty friendly. Elle, is my stylist, and I really like her. When I make an appointment, I am usually seen faster than when I do a walk-in appointment.

Cut and style were fine, nothing to write home about. Highlights were not as thin as I like. Definitely too much hair had been highlighted in places giving it a less natural look.

While I did wait for a bit for the stylist, once in the chair, I was treated with courtesy and respect. Cut was exactly what I wanted, and more!

I would highly recommend them. I have several friends and my husband that go to Image Creators and everyone is extremely pleased.

The salon seems like a very nice place and there seemed to be several repeat customers coming in while I was there but the young woman that did my mani/pedi was very nice but seemed to be very inexperienced. I found out after she came and got me that she didn't do gel nails, which is what I wanted. I didn't realize I had to specify that when I made the appt. So I picked a regular polish. She didn't do much at all with my nails or cuticles (as per a normal mani/pedi) and didn't do a very good job with the polish. When all was said and done I paid about $60 (which included a good tip) and it looked like I had done my own nails. I was very disappointed. Not sure if I'll try them again but if so I'd ask for a different manicurist.

Great cut, nice ambiance, professional and responsive staff.
