We've used this provider twice before and their services were fairly cheap and reasonable. We arranged last week to have them come out to service our AC and have waited a week for them to come out. Then, today, the day they were supposed to arrive, they called and said they could not come out because they didn't accept 3rd party payments. We explained that we don't use 3rd party payments and were confused. They admitted it was their mistake but since we didn't leave a check for them at our house, they couldn't come today and the soonest they could reschedule was a week later. It's over 90 degrees and our house is HOT. Fuel Savers should have told us they needed us to leave a check. Since they made the mistake, they should have squeezed us in sooner. Grade: F. We'll find a new provider for our services that is pleasant to work with.
