+ -1 moreSigned a contract with Sean / CSK Property Improvements, LLC on 9.30.2022. Sean seems like a very nice person and good at representing himself and his company, making the sale, but not at delivering. Today is 1.16.2023. 3.5 months and no work has been started at my home. 2 start dates have come and gone. I was told the permits were approved, but have not seen them as of yet. No materials on site. Very poor communication. "Forgets" to send texts or emails. BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH. I am being forced to start legal and social media actions.

Description of Work: Created an awesome movie room from scratch in my unfinished basement. CSK even added custom crown mold and rope lighting as a cool touch.
