+ -1 moreEstimate was nearly 3 times more than competition. Clearly did not want the work, has the highest rates in the area or hoped I was an uninformed homeowner.
Description of Work: Estimate for 135 sq ft of baseboard and repair a 4ft missing section of drywall plus minor drywall repair touch ups.
