Linda Buckley is a wonderful real estate agent to have on your side! We were very nervous about the prospect of finding, choosing, and purchasing our first home. An acquaintance recommended Linda to us and we couldn’t have been happier. She has over 30 years experience in real estate and it absolutely showed as we began to look at homes. Linda accommodated our busy schedules and was very helpful in suggesting neighborhoods we should look at and working with us (and our budget) to figure out how to satisfy our wish list. As we toured properties, she was very patient in helping us to understand what we needed to look for and did not hesitate to point out potential problems we might encounter. She never rushed us and always made sure we were the ones driving the search. Once we decided on a house, Linda assisted us all the way from the initial offer to closing day. She was a strong advocate for us throughout, helping us negotiate with the seller, explaining what inspections had to take place when and what the inspection reports mean, and, best of all, assisting us in the walkthrough to make sure everything in the house was working and completed per the contract. The bottom line is that we had a wonderful experience with Linda. She was very friendly, extremely patient, and always professional. We felt that she really went out of her way to look out for our interests throughout and always made us feel like we were her only clients. She helped us get a great deal on a great house, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home.
