First crew did a basical good job. There were runs and some areas missed or not covered completed. Company was quick to reaspond and provided a second crew who were finish painters. They reconized problems before we pointed them out and corrected same in a timely and professional manner. We were completely satisfied after they finishe. The company responded quickly and followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Wonderful job! The front of my house looks new. I never though they could get my old garage doors, in particular, looking that good again, The price was reasonable, they came on time and they left everything spotless. To top it all, they had kept a record of the paint formula I used about four years ago and were able to match it exactly. I would certainly recommend this company!

We'd been wanting to paint the house ever since we moved in - it was a new house and all the wall just had the builder's grade off-white cheap paint on them. One of the reasons why it took us so long to get it done was the fact that we were really struggling with the colour choice, so when I saw an add for CertaPro Painters that mentioned that we'd get a free colour consulation, we were very interested and got in touch with Rick, who owns the Glen Burnie franchise.
From the beginning, it couldn't have gone better - Rick was extremely responsive and very pleasant to deal with - he came to the house immediately, took a good look around and gave us a proposal a day later (I think it was the day after, can't remembr 100%). We were very positively surprised at the number but wanted to get a few more quotes anyway so contacted two more companies - one of them being the most highly rated here on Angie's List! That one disqualified themselves by not giving us a quote until 10 days / two weeks after the guy had come out - and we had specified that we really needed his quote ASAP as we wanted to make a decision!! He promised to let us have it by Wednesday of the following week, and we didn't get it until I think the Thursday of the week following that!! So, needless to say, we did NOT go with them as this is highly unprofessional and I actually wonder how they get all those good reviews - the representative was also much more of a pushy salesman than Rick, who at no time gave us any pressure or any of that annoying sales rep talk!! The other company was pleasant to deal with but gave us a much, much higher quote than Rick, so the decision to go with CertaPro was made very easy for us - and we didn't regret it!
Rick then put us in touch with Sherry Certeza of www.designaccomplished.com who agreed to come out that same SUNDAY!! Will write separate review for her, as we loved working with her, too and she was a great help. She was with us quite a long time, and byt he time she left, we had picked colours for ALL the rooms and felt like a massive burden had been lifted off our chests!!
Anyway, Rick's crew started on the following Thursday and finished the whole project on Monday - and it was a lot of rooms!! They even worked Saturday and had a crew of 4 out here most days, which was great as things really moved very quickly. Not only were they fast and efficient, but they were also meticulous and did a very fine job with the interior painting - we had very few little things to point out to them and those were fixed immediately and to our satisfaction. 
The deck staining hadn't gone so well - not quite sure what happened, but let's say we were not at all happy with the way it looked after they had sprayed it Monday, so we let Rick know, he met us at the house the following morning, went over our concerns with us and agreed to send his guys out to fix it the following day. They came back and retouched the deck by hand this time (I truly think that is the way to go, we'll never have it sprayed again!) and now it looks absolutely fabulous!! I know this must have been annoying to Rick, having to send out his guys again for several hours and providing quite a bit more of the stain, but he never once let us feel this - he handled the situation extremely graciously and I thank him for it!! He also never tried to get us to pay more than the quote he had originally given us, which we really appreciate and which is one of the reasons that we have and will HIGHLY recommend him to our friends and neighbours!!
He left us very happy and with a very good feeling about the job - which is what one aims for, isn't it?
