Cathy Mohler of Long & Foster was recommended to me by a coworker when I started the process of buying my first home.  She worked with me throughout the home buying process, and was always professional and attentive when I had questions.  At one point when I'd seen a short sale I liked and needed to move quickly on buying it, she traded emails with me at 9pm discussing comparable houses and the short sale process. Her customer service was extraordinary, although I eventually ended up choosing a different house which fit my situation better.  She walked me through all the paperwork step by step, arranged for the proper inspections, and was physically present at all points during the process.  I would use her again, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house.
