Title Companies
This was the fourth time I have used Capitol Title in Severna Park. They are a great company! When figures were not ready by the bank Capitol got it done! My Settlement Officer. Dick Legarre, was(is) professional, funny, and very easy to work with. Was communicative through the whole process....all four times! I highly recommend them!
