We received a proimpt response (48 hours) to our call to inspect the roof. We received a phjone report on day of inspection and work order was placed the next day after discussing the scope of the work. The work was carried out on the agreed date. A visual inspection from the street was consistent with the work being well done. No leaks have been reported. There was no mess/debris left by workmen who did the job. Fully satisfied
