Dr Buchanan was excellent. One of the doctors actually saved my cats life. They went above and beyond and we would highly recommend them.

Fecal Test results were given to the Vet on 5 January 2019 and on his next scheduled follow up visit the Veterinarian shows the test results as positive for round worm and gives a woopsie response that someone must have read it wrong. I have a 4 and 5 year old in our house and confirmed from testing they have been exposed to the highest rate of parisite to human transfer rate of all parasites. The answer given when confronted about this is charging us for the treatment of the Parisite and telling us to be happy we caught it 3 months later. This is malpractice and this exposed my children to roundworm for 3 months. Then they charge me full price for the appointment and treatment. You decide if this is what you want to take care of your pet and family. I hope my Pediatrician comes back with negative results for my kids!

Vet services were all good. He liked all the vets he’s seen there and al the vet technicians. The groomer nicked his skin in two places and he had a fever the day after grooming. The vet saw and treated him that day and didn’t charge for the visit or meds. I won’t go back to the groomer, but i am very happy with the vet services will use the vet as his vet.

Very well. Everyone at Bayside is always friendly and they go above and beyond to make your pet comfortable. They are thorough in their work making sure to answer any questions or concerns that you have. The put your pets health first. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

She had to be put down for kidney failure, and they handled it beautifully. They are very well priced, competent, and compassionate.

This was our first visit to Bayside Animal Medical Center.  The doctor and the staff were courteous and wonderful with our pets.  We received answers to all of our questions and we were not rushed through the appointment.  The appointment for the two chihuahuas  lasted the better part of an hour.  I highly recommend their services.

We moved to the area from the west coast in November and didn't have a vet yet. Our 14 year old Golden Retriever was having trouble standing and we feared that our critical appointment would be "goodbye".We found Bayside on Angie's List and are super happy to report that it was a wonderful experience. The vet (I'm embarrassed that I didn't catch her name) was extremely nice, professional and patient. After determining that our dog didn't have a major tumor or arthritis affecting her gait, she offered several tips to make our old dog more comfortable including food changes, eye medication and lifting instruction. Schooner is dramatically happier today and so are we! I highly recommend this animal clinic.

It was great.  I love those people, they are wonderful.  My cat is back to normal.

Got an appointment with my preferred vet promptly. Vet listens well and explains clearly the  findings/possible outcomes.

We are in the midst of a long road of recovery but it is going well. Someone from the practice calls every day to check on her and Dr. Steinberg even calls to check in even on hi days off.

I love these people!  They are like family to me and my pets are always comfortable there.

They're excellent physicians and technicians there. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to others. They're very caring.
