It started out great! Steve was on-time and polite. The price was reasonable. The workers were on-time and cleaned up there mess. After the first two weeks everything changed. We ran into some unexpected problems, which called for more work and a change to the quoted price. OK no problem. Week three, No one came no one called. One guy would come and work for a couple of hours. Then the excuses, I can't find my guys, I need to finish up another project. After three months with no kitchen and no completion time looking close we fired Bayco Builders. Only to have the next couple of company I had in for estimates tell me the little bit of work Bayco did wasn't up to code and needed to be redone. Four different company's all saying the same thing '' shotty patch job ''
