I had used them several years ago and they were extremely late for their appointment then. The power washing was okay to a point.  In the contract, it mentioned to avoid the motion sensor in the front of the house. They accidently did hit the sensor with the power washer, which in turn, it stopped working. They did acknowledge that they hit it, had someone come out to help me fix it but was unable to. I contacted Gary and let him know I had to get an electrician out. We had to eventually get a whole new unit though. I faxed a bill to Gary for the electrical work, he said that the price was too high and that he was going to take this up with the owner of this company and he would get back to me. They never got back to me so I deducted this from the charge on the American Express credit card.  American Express contacted them, their answer was not addiquit, if there even was an answer. American Express closed the matter in my favor.

My husband and I had viewed work by this company at another custom-built home and we thought it was the most beautiful paint job we had ever seen. We built our own home and did some of the interior painting ourselves.  With two full-time jobs and little free time, we decided to have the painting work completed by a painting company.  We obtained estimates from three painting contractors.  Bay Country Painters' price was comparable to the other painting companies, but we decided to go with them because we had actually viewed their work and believed we would be pleased, based on that knowledge.  Having invested a lot of "sweat equity" in building our own home, we are sticklers for quality.  Because of the scope and nature of our work, we elected to contract for the job on a time and materials basis, rather than a contracted price.  We believed that would be more fair to us and to the painting contractor.  We began the job on April 22, 2013 and worked straight through it for a little over three weeks.  We had two painters in our house, Clay Johns and Roberto Corado, for a total of 18 days.   Throughout our large home they repaired drywall nail pops and seams from house settling, painted walls and woodwork, as well as stained wooden windows and trim, and sanded and stained stair railings.  
Upon contact with the company to request an estimate, Mike McGurk, the company owner, came out within a few days to view the job and provide an estimate.  After discussions via telephone and E-mail, we signed a contract outlining the work to be performed and paid a deposit.  Clay and Roberto arrived promptly each morning at 7:00 a.m. and finished each day around 3:30 p.m.  They were total professionals in their work habits, keeping dust and mess to a minimum, careful of our furniture and belongings, unobtrusive, quiet, and a pleasure to have around. I work from a home office, going and coming during the day for outside appointments.  I felt totally comfortable leaving Clay and Roberto working here and on some days, they would need to lock the house behind them when they would finish for the day.  On the final day, two other Bay Country Painters employees arrived to install a wallpaper border for us.  They were just as great as Clay and Roberto.  
The work performed by Bay Country Painters was of the highest quality, just as beautiful as we had expected, and we could not be more pleased with the finished product and how the entire job proceeded from first contact to finished job.  We plan to hire them again in the future for both interior and exterior paint work.  I believe we have found our lifetime painting contractors.  

The men were professional and friendly . I was alone in the house with 5 of their men every day for a week and felt comfortable. They were flexible and did everything we asked. When they were done we discovered a couple places that needed to be touched up, but we called them and they came and fixed it right away. Most of the house was beautifully done. There is still one place that they need to come fix and there is one place where the paint has come up a bit. I am confident that both will be taken care of.

They are ok I cannot complain.

The work was excellent.  The crew was polite professional and cleaned up well.  The house looks better ever.  This group costs  a little more but you definitely get what you pay for.  Real painting professionals.

Painter came out to perform services - noticed a few issues - contacted David McGurk (owner) who was very professional and wanted to ensure we were very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship.  He takes pride in his company and the work of his employees and it shows. We are very pleased.

They are fairly priced and thorough.  They are very professional and have done some painting in the past, too.  I did take some time to get in touch with them.  I like their services and will use the same in future.

They did a great job.  It looks like a brand new house.  The people who came out were very clean.  They wore booties.  They were here on time.  They told me how long it would take, and they finished it within that time.  They put everything back the way it was.  We wouldn’t even know that they were here except that I had a new kitchen.  They were perfect.  Their price was excellent.  I had two other estimates, and they were all about the same.  The Bay Country Painters’ price was about $15 less, but they did a great job.  My experience with them has been outstanding.  I would highly recommend them.  I would call them back again.  I've got their number in my little book.

The power wash was $295.00 and the trim work was $420.00. They were very good. They did so much follow-up, it was incredible. I am going to use them in the future. I am going to set up a yearly power wash. That was the first time I had it done and it turned out so well. I really need to get it done every year and I am going to go with them.
