Great! Dwayne was very professional and was able to provide lots of education and advice about the problem. While we hope the bugs don't come back, we will certainly use Annapolis Pest. We had used another service before and were not pleased with the professionalism or results.

The technician inspected  the home and baited for ants and crickets.

Tom came out.  he listens to find out where the problems exist, then does the treatments for those areas.  he is great, very professional, gives suggestions on how to prevent it from happening again.  on this occassion treated outside and in everywhere.  they are just a fabulous company, very responsive and thorough.

They are very good. They surround the house and everything. They did a good job. They came in and they weren’t the cheapest. The guy was more knowledgeable and skillful in term of his work.

I had a severe problems with ants, mostly around my front door and living room windows and partially in the back of my house around my kitchen window. He came and asked me what I needed done and I informed him where the severe problems were around the house, he asked me if I talked with the company on a one time service or yearly service, and I informed him that I decided to take the yearly service, so he called to make sure they quoted me the correct price and to inform them this is a townhouse. Dwayne was the representative from the company and he was outstanding, he was so professional and knowledgeable of what I needed for my situation.  I asked so many questions and I thought he was going to get tired of me asking but he was so patient and explain everything he was doing in detail.  Being this was my first time using such a company I just wanted to make sure I understand what it was suppose to do and etc.  He asked me if I wanted him to spray inside and I stated only in the basement and the 1st floor because I didn't have any problem on the 2nd level, so he sprayed and I asked questions while he was doing so, after that he went outside and did what he needed to do, both front and back, and after he finished he explained to me what exactly he used and did and how it should work and I thought that was so great of him to take out the time and explain each step.  He stated that if I see insects in my house that I can call back at any time and he will come back and spray, he stated and if I needed my 2nd floor done, or if I start to see insect up there to call back and he will come out and spray, he stated I can call back at anytime to set up an appointment anytime needed.  He stated he will be coming back every 3 months, but if I needed his service before than to call and inform the company so he can come back and do his job. I felt so satisfied with his service, because he set my mind at ease that I did make the correct decision in selecting this company.  I don't know if all the representatives are like Dwayne, but if they are, you're in for a excellent job from Annapolis Pest Control.  Dwayne truly represented their company, he's a great worker!!!!!!! Not only that, he notice that the wiring around my air condition leading into my house wasn't seal, and he asked me if I knew that and I've been living here for 15 years and no one has never mention that to me, and honestly, I didn't even notice it, and he stated he would come back and cork it up for me, he stated if he had it with him he would have done it then, but he will do, and I thought that was great of him to even offer, thanks so much Dwayne.  I will be keeping this company as long as their service continue to be great like my first dealing with them.  Kudos to Dwayne!!!!!!!!!!! at Annapolis Pest Control!!!!!!!

We just moved into our new (previously owned) home and discovered an ant problem in the kitchen. I heard it was very common around the area. My neighbors and friend suggested I use Annapolis Pest Control, so I gave them a try. We got the full annual service contract for one price up front. They will come as often as needed (or called). They cleaned up the ants on a second visit, but it does take a few days for all of the ants to be eliminated. We have two small dogs and the first technician showed concern for them and instructed me on how not to allow them near the spray in the kitchen and bathrooms. My only complaint would be the first two times they treated my home there was dirt or dry mud on their shoes and they tracked it onto my floors. It wasn't the worst thing in the world, but we usually remove our shoes...so it was annoying. The last two times their shoes were okay - although I would appreciate them maybe using the "footies" inside if they were walking around outside on the dirt.
