A PERFECT VIEW PROFESSIONAL WINDOW CLEANING

I called and had to leave a message regarding my request. They finally called back and politely advised me that they do not service clients in my area.

He was scheduled to clean our windows on a weekday morning. I canceled my morning clinic several days in advance and rescheduled all of the patients (I'm a cancer doctor). About 5 mins after I was expecting him to show up, he called to say he had hurt his back and needed to go to the chiropractor for an adjustment. Did he hurt it driving to our house? I kind of doubt it. Which means he either hurt it earlier that morning or a previous day, in which case he could have shown us the common courtesy of canceling and rescheduling with more notice than 0 mins. Or that wasn't the real story. Who knows? I was pretty irritated, but I really needed our windows cleaned and was persuaded that this was just a fluke since he had some other good reviews. So, he asked to reschedule several days later, again on a weekday and told us he would be there around 8 am, we agreed. Again, I canceled my clinic to be home for the day so that we could get this done. As of 10 am, no Randy. Checked our home and cell voicemails, thinking surely we had missed a call. Nope. No messages, no # on our caller ID from him. Called his cell phone, no answer. Now it's noon, still don't know if or when he is ever planning to come or why he didn't show. So I would say the final cost was about $1000 when you consider two half-days of work by a physician missed for no reason. Especially considering the price, I'd say the value of the work was pretty awful, since not a single window ever got cleaned!

They did an excellent job working on my home. They were very conscientious and did excellent work. They treated me fine, it's kind of a one man operation.

From the first time I spoke to Randy on the phone to set up the job until the completion of the work, Randy was an absolute pleasure to deal with and his work was of the highest quality possible. Randy fit me in on Memorial Day evening (he had worked all Memorial Day as well) as I had guests coming to visit and he was booked the rest of the week, and his attitude, his attention to detail and his overall professionalism were amazing. I would highly recommend Randy and his company to anyone looking for an excellent window cleaner and all around nice guy to boot. I wish him great luck with his business - he deserves to be a great success.

A Perfect View completely exceeded my expectations. I've been with other companies who did an OK job, but had no idea I would find a company whose quality of work far exceeded the others. My windows have never looked so clean! When a bit of cleaning solution dripped on one of my bath towels, Randy let me know and apologized. (It was not even a big deal) I was impressed that he told me. I've had many contractors in my house who have never mentioned mistakes to me...
