Mr. Lay has many years experience in all kinds of contracting work. I hired him to complete many tasks in two houses; painting, hanging shelves, replacing windows and doors, refinishing floors, caulking bathrooms, fixing plumbing problems and fixing wood work on balconies. You name it, he can do it WELL or knows someone who can. He is fair, honest and does an excellent job.
