Absolutely unprofessional behavior by the owner. I called the office several times to try to get an appointment for an estimate and kept getting a recording. I left a message requesting service and recommend that the business actually answer their phone to better serve customers. The next day, the owner had the audacity to call me while I was at work and leave a vulgar, expletive filled recording because I didn't answer myself and had recommended better service. I can't imagine what he would have said to me had I answered. I had to block him from my number to stop getting inappropriate texts as well. This business owner is unbelievably unprofessional and profane and should be severely censured by the BBB. Do not do business with this company if you want anything that resembles acceptable customer service.
