Overall, the experience was great. We had a master suite addition put on our existing house.  The price was reasonable, considering the quality and service that was provided.  Our project manager, Drew Marks, was knowledgeable and communicated every aspect of the construction process with us. He and his team were a pleasure to work with.  Being that at times we could be a little nit picky, Drew was very fair and understanding with regard to any changes or modifications that we requested during the construction process.  Greg Marks originally met with us at the beginning of the process.  He listened to our needs and ideas, then put together the best plan for our project.  This plan took into consideration both our budget and ideas, basically meshing the two into a single project plan.  His design was creative and just what we wanted.  He was also really flexible about making changes and revisions to the design.  He guided us through picking out the right materials for the project and was present for all material meetings.  In conclusion we were highly pleased, we definitely plan on using these guys for our next home improvement project.

MW Construction is the BEST! I'm a property manager and the owner of one of my homes is stationed overseas. We discovered a leak in the roof, so I gathered 3 quotes from local Angies LIst Roofers. MW was quick to schedule a estimate and never once pushed the sale or carried on with the fake begs that end with, and quot;if you sign now....and quot; (like we've all heard.) Mike with MW was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient as he educated me on why we should choose to install a new roof with GAF Products. It was easy to chose MW because they clearly offered the best group of products with great warranties. MW's reviews, training, certificates and work ethic are all GREAT!
All phone messages and emails were answered promptly and professionally. MW's office staff was very helpful and answered emails late at night as often this was the only time I had time to communicate about color choices, and etc....
MW's crew worked all day to finish the job. They cleaned up every last nail, board and left the grounds looking better then when they arrived. I never saw the crew taking breaks or sitting down on the job. They worked hard and seem to have done a perfect job. All Lines are straight, and the roof looks AWESOME! With GAF Products, I know my client will be happy with his investment home's roof for a very long time! Thank you MW Construction! It was a pleasure to work with you.

The craftsmanship is awesome! They're very conscientious of their work product. Personable and approachable in regard to explaining the manner in which the tasks were accomplished. Readily contacted me for approval of variances from plan with complete explanations to the reasons. I would definitely use them again.

The project is not complete yet but so far our expierence has only been positive. Drew is an excellent Project Manager.

We were very pleased with the work they did. The owner had come out to do the estimates. I trust him and would have him back out to do more work.

Everything went according to plan and estimate with gutter replacement and interior repairs to ceiling and walls. Sump pump installation was delayed 3 months because of back-order on the type of sump pump we wanted to install (not this contractor's fault). Once the pump was available, it was procured and installed quickly. Only unexpected event was realization AFTER pump was installed that it required a new electrical circuit -- this was really not a "requirement" so much as just a smart option. The circuit was installed quickly. Overall, company was easy to work with, reasonably priced, prompt in their work, good quality in what they did.
