The owner is unprofessional. Talks about his workers and doesn't communicate well. Makes excuses for why the work took so long to be completed. Also makes sarcastic remarks to the customer.

So glad we went with them! They were so helpful and professional took great efforts to keep our home clean during the remodel project and the end product was better than I imagined! Will be using again for next project!

Let's not get pushy!

We had some dark spots from water mark on the steps which we found after removing the carpeting. We were worried that we would have to either replace the flooring for those steps or cover them up with staircase treads. Surprisingly and thankfully these guys had them looking brand new!!! I absolutely love my floors now, they did a great job

We received an EXCELLENT price for our new hardwood flooring. They scheduled the work fast and it looks GREAT. They were super easy and friendly to work with. Will definitely recommend to others. Seriously don t waste your time pricing your work out they are by far the fairest and the work it perfect.

Great experience. My hardwood floors are BEAUTIFUL. I really didn't think they could ever look this good. We were unhappy with the color of one ~12" piece of wood and the owner himself came back to make sure it was to our liking. I recommend working with USA Pro Floors, LLC.

I found USA Pro Floors LLC on Google just looking for a company to redo my floors, stairs, and railings. Most companies who redo floors don't redo railings but USA Pro Floors LLC does. When he came out and took measurements he was extremely quick efficient. Leone was very friendly and personable. He told me it would take about four days but was finished in two. We came back and everything looked fantastic! There were a couple minor issues with the roughness of the railing and the color of the transition pieces. I mention this not to show a problem but to show the way in which these issues were handled. I contacted Leone about the issues and he knew exactly what the issues were and the best way to fix them. He had two gentlemen come back out within a couple days and in a matter of a few hours, the issues were completely resolved. These were very minor issues but he knew we were bothered by them and wanted us to be 100% satisfied so he didn't waste any time making sure everything was just how we wanted. When it comes time to redo any other floors we have, we won't even hesitate in contacting USA Pro Floors. This is the best flooring company I have dealt with. The prices are very competitive but the professionalism and friendliness is unmatched. If you are looking to get floors or railings redone this is the only company for the job! USA Pro Floors did an outstanding job on my main level hardwood floor refinishing. This job consisted of sanding down existing dark stained floors in 6 rooms, and re-staining and finishing that entire area. It was a large project that involved many steps, and took several days to complete. From its inception, with Leone's visit to discuss the job and give us the bid, through it's completion, with Eddie and his crew coming to do the work, we were very pleased. Eddie and crew were thorough, neat, a precise. Eddie kept me informed during all job phases, he explained all processes clearly and gave me good time estimates. The results are outstanding, and exactly what I had hoped to achieve. In all aspects of customer satisfaction, USA Pro Floors exceeded my expectations!

Leone and his crew did an excellent job refinishing our 100-year-old heart pine floors. The floors were in pretty rough shape and needed some repairs, but they look brand new now! Great value for the service provided.

My hardwood floors and steps were very old and had alot of stains but they sanded them to look like new. Then after one coat of poly we decided to go with an oil base for the second coat which made the floors really shiny. They replaced all the trim very professionally and were done in a day and a half. I'm very happy with the outcome.
