It went great. The salesperson came out and did a demo and took water samples. He was great. I went ahead and made the purchase and it took about 2 weeks for the product to be delivered and installed. The technician that did the install was well presented, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He was thorough and cleaned up after himself and his work area. I am very pleased with the product. The product works as advertised.
