Great job, the guys were friendly and proffessional. They had to do a lot of digging by shovel as many utilities were near by on a real hot day. I tried to help with supplying lots of cold water. Cleaned up great and left no mess at all. I will hire again if the need arises. My plumbers were Danny H & Q.

I moved back into the home I bought 4 years ago last week. When I returned, I came home to a house with close to $20,000 in damage. The tenants I had been renting to had maliciously destroyed parts of my property either directly or by excessive negligence.
My water mains were--- well, looking terrible. I had a leak under the sink that had gone on so long, the solid hardwood that made up the cabinetry could easily be pushed through with a finger. My bathroom also had a leak (which also turned out afterward to have rotted through the drywall), and I had no electricity in my shed.
The good news in all this was that Basel, the owner of Majestic Remodeling came over to introduce himself as my new next door neighbor. He asked if there might be anything we may want him to look at before moving in, so we gave him the list of issues. Basel got to work immediately. He wrote up a contract and came right back to the house. His prices were about average I believe-- even if they were high, the fact that he made himself immediately available made the extra worth it. And after the fact, he helped with so much more than his contract obligated him to.
After signing the contract (no money up front), he began tackling each overly-complicated task in order of priority. The best part (for me, not him)... with every job he began, the task became very difficult with large obstacles. For example: The water mains were filled with mud to the point there was barely room for water to pass and the sink's and quot;small leakand quot; was due to a piece of the faucet being rusted completely through, etc..
Despite the work that began looking like a 2 day job or so turning into about 5 days worth of work, I wasn't charged a dime extra. And Basel was a very pleasant person to deal with the entire time. His attitude was always positive, and anytime a new problem was discovered, he simply made me aware of it and began to fix it.
His help that first week made it possible for us to live in our home after it had been violated by our previous tenants. And now we're happy to say--- our home actually looks better than it did before they moved in! Our new shower looks amazing, and the update to the kitchen faucet ties in with our new appliances we were forced to purchase. Not to mention I now have the ability to turn off the water to my house which was impossible before due to the valves being so old they simply broke when you turned them.
And lastly, to sum this up, not only did he stay to complete jobs that took him far longer than they were supposed to, but he also did other jobs free of charge, just to be a good neighbor. (Such as returning power to our shed, after discovering the wiring had been maliciously cut). I highly recommend Basel of Majestic Remodeling for any issues you may have!

Majestic's prompt response was what was most impressive. I contacted the company on Mon 7/22. They had a foreman at my home to review the work to be done on Tues 7/23. The work was completed by the time I got home from work on Wed 7/24. The quality of the work was excellent. The foreman that I worked with was extremely courteous and professional.
