I think their price is high. They respond on a timely manner. I have been using them for 10 years. If I get somebody else that their pricing is better and I find that they have been recommended and they do as good as a service, then I would consider somebody else.

They were very good.

KW is an organic provider, so the fertilizers are natural (seaweed, etc.); same for their herbicides. Although this approach is better for the lawn and beds (and the Bay) in the long term, there are times when problems persist while the natural treatments are slowly working.
There were periods where our lawn was not what we expected, but Kevin was always available with 24 hours to look at and then schedule a remedy. Since this was our first year using KW for lawn care, there was probably a period of transitioning from our previous vendor's approach to an organic protocol. In any case, the lawn survived a tough summer and is in great shape now.
The price for all of these services together is high, in my opinion, but that could be because of the cost of operating as an organic provider.
The KW crew is very good - always the same workers. They are punctual and polite and do a quality job.
Kevin is easy to work with and truly believes that the organic approach is best for the customer and the Bay.

When I called, Tambria in the office said they had just a few slots left for pick-up, and she gave me a choice of dates and guided me through an e-mailed contract, which needed specific language. She was pleasant and responsive. The price was $50 for the first 20 min. and $2.50 for each minute beyond that. KW came and sucked up the leaves when they said they would while I was at work -- I didn't have to be home, and they sent the bill by mail. I was nervous about what the total cost would be, because the leaves were wet and there were a lot of them! Well, I was very pleased that the total bill was $50. I was thrilled, because I have paid more than double that amount for the same service in the past. The whole thing was easy and hassle-free --a well-spent $50!

I THINK THAT THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY KEEP THE LAWN LOOKING VERY NICE. THEY A JUST A WONDERFUL BUNCH OF GUYS.

HAD ORIGINAL LANDSCAPING DONE EIGHT YEARS AGO. THIS SERVICE DOES THE UPKEEP. KEEP THE WEEDS, CUT GRASS, MAINTAINED THE DESIGNS. EDGING, THICKENED GRASS, PRICE IS OK. WILL KEEP USING THEM.
