My experience with Emerald Homes went fantastic. I cannot think of any 1 single item, that I would have wanted to be different. They were always available to address any minor punch out item, and their follow up was first rate. I would highly recommend Emerald Homes. They are honest, quick and neat with their execution, and offer very very fair prices. I have already recommended them to several of my friends who are also very happy with their experience. It is not often that you find a contractor of this caliber. And I'm glad I have found them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent quality, a builder who stands behind their work, and at a very good price.

The owner, Jerry Foster, assisted me through all phases of the remodel. I received a free estimate, which I compared to those supplied by a few other local businesses. Emerald Homes was not the cheapest (definitely not the most expensive either), but someone once told me "you get what you pay for", and I have always considered that when making large purchases. The remodel absolutely exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I knew my costs up front, and they came in slightly under budget. Someone met me at the cabinet and granite suppliers to discuss options--and how to stay within my budget without sacrificing quality. I went to the office to look at floor samples and lighting. The workmen were prompt, courteous,trustworthy, and neat! They even cleaned at the end of EVERY DAY! The entire job took about three weeks; I think it would have been completed sooner, but I wanted to be home when someone was there because of my pets. They worked around my schedule, and I appreciated that. I don't think you'll be disappointed in this company. They are very client-centered, and I never felt like my remodel was just a job.
