Rick was very responsive from the initial contact forward. His estimate was significantly less than that of another contractor. He explained my options and showed me various railing scenarios. He painstakingly selected the stain color to match my hardwood floors even going so far as to contact the floor manufacturer to find the exact color. Rick and his team arrived promptly. During the demolition and removal of the carpet covering the stairs, they noted that the stairs were oak (something that was not known prior). They carefully removed the carpet with no damage the stairs and even sanded areas so that I could have them professionally finished at a later time. The team was professional and cleaned up any debris all along the way. I would use them again and would highly recommend them.
