Description of Work: Extensive Handyman set of tasks to include interior and exterior painting, light drywall patching, light exterior woodwork, replacement of 3 interior doors associated frames, and some custom interior woodwork plus trim.

 + -1 moreUnlike the other mortgage bankers who were looking for the low easy fruits, he and his staff were willing to work, top notch, communicative, on the ball and knew what they were doing!
Description of Work: Lewis Hibbs was great. He looked at a client one or several of the lenders looked at and determined, the question was the client's credit. The client had some things on their credit report that wasn't taken care of or theirs, he said if they proved this one bill which was negative was not theirs and they took the other things off they would work with them and get them a loan in 2 or 3 months as opposed to these other guys who said 6 months and go through a credit repair thing.

 + -1 moreAfter a few so-so and at least one bad mortgage broker experience, Greg was a breath of fresh air. My wife and I are both MBA graduates, so we understand finance pretty well. Greg was probably the only agent that (a) understood finance as well as us, (b) listened to us and our needs, (c) understood the products he was selling, and (d) was not at all pushy. He even suggested that we would be better-off not using his service (which was the best offer to-date anyhow!) at this point in time. We will call Greg if/when we are considering refinancing again.
Description of Work: Greg contacted us following an online inquiry into our refinancing options for our house. Although we did not go with Greg and his company, he was the straightest-talking mortgage agent we dealt with. He even suggested that given our needs, we should not use his services and should instead simply change the way we pay our existing lender.
