After a few so-so and at least one bad mortgage broker experience, Greg was a breath of fresh air. My wife and I are both MBA graduates, so we understand finance pretty well. Greg was probably the only agent that (a) understood finance as well as us, (b) listened to us and our needs, (c) understood the products he was selling, and (d) was not at all pushy. He even suggested that we would be better-off not using his service (which was the best offer to-date anyhow!) at this point in time. We will call Greg if/when we are considering refinancing again.
