I like the service; he is always on time and very responsive. I use him because he is right up the street from me so he is close and does a great job. He has a good price.

Overall: Mr. Cole communicate via phone weekly, follows up on appointments, gets the job done and is probably just a few dollars overpriced ....just a few; but, well worth knowing that he is professional and will not shirk responsibilities of caring for the yard.

The lawn service guy actually lives fairly close to me. With my legs not doing real well since I have a problem with my knees, he takes care of my lawn for me. He comes out when I say I need it. It's $35 for just the lawn trimming. Occasionally, I will ask him to do the flower beds or some of the bushes in which case I give him more for that. He usually gets out very quickly after I tell him that I need it. He provides a prompt response. He also does a very nice job. He sometimes gets backed up because of the weather we have in the Baltimore area. So, I understand that and when that happens, he can't be as punctual as he would like to be. I would use his services in the future too. My next door neighbor used to work on my lawn, but he is having consistent problems with his back and shoulder. So, my neighbor can't do it and I can't do it anymore. So, it was nice to find someone who was rated highly and lives about 5 houses away from my house. The guy from Cole Lawn Service is on my street.

I asked for an estimate. Within a day or two I had the estimate. I called immediately to schedule service and they started that weekend. Everything after that has been so easy. I never have to call them to mow or not mow.

Mister Cole mowed the yard, and one of his people trimmed. They did an excellent job. I'm sure that I will have the service back for other work later.
