Affordable Heating & Cooling

The serviceman from Affordable returned our (after hours) message on their machine, and came out to our house as the first appointment the next morning. He had the replacement parts on his truck (not a small detail, as the local parts wholesalers/distributors had already closed for the holiday weekend), and quickly installed and tested them. Great service, good prices, and they stand behind their work.

I've been dealing with him for years. His price is always good and I always get what I pay for. He's very informative and he goes through all the gamut of what could go wrong and what I should do and all that kind of thing. I'm always very comfortable with him because he's an honest person. He'll tell me like it is. He's not very punctual. He thinks about things that he's got to do for me, but he doesn't call me back until he gets it all together.

He was very punctual. He went straight to business and checked out the unit and found that te only item needed was a new fuse. He did advise that if we had any further problems we may need to replace the whole fuse box but felt that the new fuse should be sufficient.

He was efficient and professional. I would definitely have no problem using this company again. He was in and out in about 20-25 minutes. I felt the fee was reasonable.

I LOST HEAT IN MY HOUSE THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. AFFORDABLE HEATING AND COOLING CAME OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY TO DIAGNOSE MY HEATING PROBLEM AND FIX IT. THEIR PRICES WERE FAIR FOR A LAST MINUTE NEED. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER COURTESY WERE IMPECCABLE. THEY RESPONDED WITHIN 4 HOURS. THE REPAIR MAN WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
