countertops
+ -1 moreThey had the best prices by FAR- they are the contractor for Costco's countertop service and offer the best price if you go through Costco- and were very easy to work with. They were able to accelerate our countertop installation after we had some troubles with our original contractor and had to cancel our first appointment, which we very much appreciated. We had two issues with them, only one of which mattered. The minor issue was that they tried to make us do a 2nd consultation appointment for some reason, which would have delayed ordering and installation of the counter for 1-2 weeks. They were nice and eventually accommodating with this, however. The main problem was that our sales rep (Justin) either didn't have much experience with templating or isn't the one who is supposed to do it, because when it came time to install, the countertop didn't fit the cabinets. The installers had to punch a 4 foot long hole in the wall to get it to fit. They said this was due to mis-measurement.
Description of Work: Measurement, materials, and installation of quartz countertops (approx. 42 square feet). Also included stainless steel under-mount sink and hole cutting. The edge we got was a basic, rounded one. I want to note here (because I ran out of room below) that the quality of the countertops is wonderful and the seam is virtually invisible. I gave them a "B" for quality of work because of the poor quality template, which would be at most a C- balanced with an A+ for the quality of counters. Similarly with professionalism-- they were courteous, but it was unprofessional to have an inexperienced/unskilled person making the template.
