Furniture - Sales, Delivery Service + 1 more
The salesperson gave me wrong information about the furniture piece. It's a sectional, so I asked them specifically if a section could be moved from the right to the left. She told me yes. It was delivered today and I realized the section can't be moved. I had to deny the shipment. I've been trying to contact the furniture store all day, but I can't get through. I'm going to have to go to the store to find the remedy for this. The deliverymen tracked mud on my carpet and scratched my walls. I offered them water, but they asked for a Coke. It's kind of unusual for workers to ask for soda. It's not a big deal, but a little unusual.
