Description of Work: They repaired a mantle clock. They kept it until that got it working but they are very busy. It took about 7 months from leaving it there until it was fixed -- 5 months in the wait queue and 2 months to repair. Good people -- care about quality -- not a lot of real competition and they are highly in demand.

Description of Work: They removed all clock mechanism from a grandfathers clock after it fell. They took it to there shops and repaired what they could,replace other parts and go it running. They will soon install the entire clock mechanism back in the clock case

Description of Work: They were able to replace several finials on an antique mantel clock as well as perform much-needed maintenance. The service was absolutely superb, and I've returned with several small repairs on other clocks. In every case, they are extremely responsive and treat both the customer and their clock(s) respectfully. An outstanding group!
