She said that the cabinets would be in in about 6 weeks. She did not call me back. When I called almost 3 months later, I found out that she did not work with the company anymore, and had taken paperwork with her. I contacted Diana, and worked with her for a few months. We ran into some problems, and I had to call Design House. This company was very difficult to deal with, and I had to call the manufacturer of the cabinets, who then contacted Design House and told them what to do.   I did not enjoy working with this company at all, and would not recommend them to anyone, nor purchase anything from them in the future. There was one woman there that I spoke with that actually was nice and helpful. I should have worked with Kenwood Kitchens in the beginning.

They handled the design, installation, and sub-contracted for the granite and tile backsplash. I thought everything went great.  All the contractors were timely and their work was high quality.  They were willing to come out and do small follow up jobs.  I would definitely recommend them.

They have been in business for at least 50 or 60 years and I could not have been happier with them. The sales person has been in the business for years and she was on the business and industrial site at designing kitchens for probably 20 years. She also went to design school and is fantastic and comes to the house for anything I need. The day the carpenter was putting the cabinets in, she came out to see if I had any questions. I got to pick out my own granite by going to a huge warehouse where I got to pick my own slab and they insist on that rather than you see a sample and then you are disappointed with the results. We used them to put cabinets in the bar area of the club room we were building, but now we have decided to also have them replace the kitchen cabinets. She sent me an E-mail to see how my brother in the hospital was doing and they are that?s the kind of people they are. I spent $1700 on that work and the granite that I picked was a higher quality and it is absolutely gorgeous. The estimate that she gave me was so detailed and she even helped me with getting someone to do the granite surround for the fireplace.

These people cannot remember their own names. I called them the same day the cabinets were delivered and told them about the broken items. It is 2 months later and I am still waiting for the replacement items. In the interim, they have sent me the wrong replacement items twice. Ugh, I won't use them again!

The price was the best price I was able to find and I was very happy about that, HOWEVER, not only did they charge my credit card more than they told me it was going to cost, they still owe me a refund of about $17.00 and they just tell me they will credit me and then they don't. Only use them if you are ready for a lot of hassles.
