The work they did seems to be fine, but it has not rained yet so we haven't tested it as of yet. They were actually a hour late from the time we were told they would be here. The guys were hardworking and very professional. Only thing I didn't like was dust was all in the basement and upstairs in a few rooms. They have a machine to suck the dust out of the area they are working in but it was more dust than we expected. We would consider using them again in the future if needed.

Sales rep (Zeeker) was accomodating, informative, knowledgable and most important did what he said he was going to do.
Once the plan was put together, 2 days later the contract was signed, and work was scheduled for within 2 weeks. Crew showed up as scheduled, performed the work as outlined in the contract, the Sales Rep showed up during the installation to ensure all was going well & make some last minute changes that included making extra repairs to the foundation around a poorly installed window. This was done without extra charge. The crew knew their job, and were very easy to work with, and did a great job. I was very pleased that they went above and beyond the contract to make sure the job was done right. Great outfit - crew came up from DC/VA area, and did fine work.

The workers did an excellent job.  They were hard working and completed 90+ of the job on the first day!  We had some old carpet in the basement and they even removed it and hauled it off with the rest of the debris.  Once done, you couldn't tell they were even there they had cleaned up so well.
I was very impressed at how they took the time to mask off the other parts of the house with plastic to keep dust to a minimum.  They also used a machine in the basement that drew in the air, filtered it and then exhausted it to the outside.  This was also done to keep the dust to a minimum.
Zeeker "Zeke" Bozell was the Regional Manager and he was just OUTANDING both as an individual, and as a project manager.  He spent as much time as needed explaining the process in great detail before the work began.  He was at the job numerous times throughout the day making sure all was going well.  Zeke's attention to detail, and the strong work ethic of his crew really impressed both my wife and I.

I can't speak highly enough about Zeek & his crew in the Harrisburg PA area.  The work was done on my mother's house.  I live out of town but Zeek worked the schedule to fit my availability.  The crew arrived on time, was well-organized, fast, professional & friendly.  Clean up was excellent.  I was very satisfied with the completed job.  The cement work was very good. 

They also went above and beyond when they helped me to search for my missing dog (which was found).  Now that's customer  service!  I would definitely recommend this company (and especially the Harrisburg team).
