Pool and Spa Servicing
It took them a few weeks to finish, and at first it looked great! A few days later, the color turned into a darker shade of blue and there is a "stain" in the middle of the pool. They have refused to fix the problem saying they are not responsible and they don't know why it happened. They told me that I had a 2 year warranty on the work, but he refuses to honor the warranty. The paint job didn't even last the summer! Also, I have a coupon from them for a free pool opening or a $100 worth of free pool chemicals, but he claims it was a misprint and he refuses to honor that as well! I have used him for a couple of years and now that I have problems, he has chosen not to resolve any of my issues.
