This company has a technician named Chad that really cares about his job and about treating you like family and your house like his own. I am so happy with this company because of him. My neighbor and I are on the same plan and we both agree that we are so happy with this service because of Chad. Thank you for the great care you provide our home. It is very much appreciated!

My main gripe is that every year the annual price is increased and I have been a loyal customer since the mid 60's and every year I have to contact them for a price reduction. After I contacted them about the price increase they were able to accommodate me with a reduction in pricing.The service was above satisfactory though.

The provider did not perform in accordance with his promise to provide termite control to my home.  The first visit was immediately after a 6 inch snow storm and the representative said that he could not effectively treat the outside of my home in the snow.  There were 3 more visits when they recommended (and I accepted) that they could not perform their task because of inclimate weather. My understanding was that the treatment for both the inside and outside of the home would be done in conjunction with each other.   The last email I received from the TERMINIX representative indicated they would not return $125.00 because it was for a service rendered, and that this individuals supervisor would follow up on the return of the $127.50.  
To my knowledge I have received no termite treatment at my home.

They showed up on time to the appointment and checked out my home. They were thorough and took their time but didn't find anything that needed treatment. I would consider them in the future if I need termite treatments.

They did a good job, I just had one complaint. When they say they are coming out they show up on time. There was one spot on the door frame that there appeared to be activity. They are willing to come out if I have a concern about some insects.
