It was expensive so I had a number of bids on it. I was happy with them. I was very pleased. They stuck to their estimate. It was a matter of a week from start to finish; without that unit I didn't have heating or cooling, so it was important. I would use them again.

When I arrived home late in the evening yesterday, the A/C was not working. I visited their website late yesterday and left a request for service. Their customer service rep called early morning today to setup an appointment. The very polite tech arrived on time and quickly found and fixed problem!

The people did a pretty good job. They did a very thorough job. The owner would check the work and if he wasn’t happy with something, he would require them to come back and change or fix it. I was in one case satisfied with what they did, but he looked at it and he was not satisfied. He had them come and do something and I was pretty impressed with that. I spent $30000 on that work.
