Purchased a car from Pohanka Honda of Salisbury. The sales person was excellent, Claudia and quot;Jennyand quot; Palma, knew everything about the Honda CR-V that I purchased. I highly recommend Claudia Palma and will continue to come back to her for my future purchases! I had a 2012 Honda Pilot and traded to the CR-V to get even better gas mileage because I'll be doing more travelling on the highway in the months to come. The entire process from beginning to end with smooth and I was not tied up with Claudia trying to sell me a lot of additional things I didn't want. There was no pressure and originally, I was just looking but after I was in there I decided now was the time to make the purchase and glad I did. The finance person was also excellent and there was no pressure to add on anything and I was not tied up for an hour with forms that didn't make sense and no double speak!!! Pohanka will continue to be my dealership now and in the future no matter where I am in the country. If you are in the market for a vehicle go see Claudia and quot;Jennyand quot; Palma, you won't go wrong, she's the best!!!!

They inspected power window master switch and applied specialty grease. Did a multi point inspection, battery, floor mat inspection.

So far they have been alright. I have to travel 35 miles to get work done and sit there. I only go becuase I bought my Honda there in 1980. Knock on wood I have not have had a minute's trouble.

I took the truck to my regular shop after leaving Pohanka, where they verified that the wheel bearings were indeed fine. I have driven the truck for six months since then and still have had no problems with wheel bearings.
Pohanka seriously tried to take advantage of a lone female (who appeared to have some money), and assumed that I would have no mechanical knowledge, and banked on the idea that I would just follow their suggestion and spend my $1600.

After the check engine light came on I checked three other places before I found Pohanka Honda does a free Full diagnostics if they work on your vehicle. Although I like AutoZone there is a big difference in the diagnostics performed. They found another problem with my vehicle (broken axle) and were prompt about letting me know before any work was done so that I could make the decision whether or not to get it fixed. They are very thorough and even cleaned my vehicle afterwards. Yeah I've been to some places. I will definitely take my car back there and highly recommend them to others. The prices are reasonable also...I called around including my old mechanic.
