Service was timely and by all indications effective.

Generally, very well. Small complaint is that Orkin schedules the next quarterly appt. but does not tell me when it is scheduled until shortly before it is slated. Often, I need to reschedule because I amnot available for the time in which they have slotted me. Still, it is a minor complaint. My expereinces with the company and its techs have good.

If I have a problem Orkin Pest Control will come right out. Their quality and professionalism are great. I would definitely use them again in the future as long as I continue to get the satisfaction that I get.

One day they came to check the house up and then the next day the whole day they did the work. The work was done even on Saturday. It really surprised me when they did the work on Saturday. They showed up when they said they would. They were on time. They did a good job. I would use their services again in the future.

Since they came by we have not had a spider or anything else.

Very satisfied with there knowledge and care. Would definitely recommend them however I'm not sure how they stack up when it comes to price competition since I didn't shop around.

I called up because I had crazy lines of ants coming into my house in the bathroom and kitchen. I tried Raid and HomeDefense products but they just kept coming. I called Orkin and they were out the next day. After the treatment, I was told that the activity would be more for a few days but then should go away. A little over a week, I found more ants in my pantry. I called Orkin and they sent someone out the same morning. By the time the employee arrived (only a few hours later) the ants had disappeared again. He still re-treated the area where I said they were and was very nice. I have not had an ant problem since.

Orkin was very professional in all aspects of the process. The inspector, David, that came to our home did a very thorough job inspecting all areas, including some tight crawlspaces. He clearly explained what treatment was recommended and how it would be performed. He was running a little late for his appointment (due to the weather and traffic) but he was kind enough to call me and let me know when he would arrive. When I later had some additional questions about the estimate, he very promptly returned my call. The technician, Chico, that came to our home to perform the treatment was very professional. He explained the procedure he was going to perform and indicated that he would be changing the treatment plan slightly based off his assessment of our property (basically treating more areas than was originally specified on the estimate). He explained that there would not be an additional charge. Chico was very conscientious about not tracking dirt into our house, in fact he went to extremes by going in and out of our basement through a window instead of using the stairs. That was way beyond the call of duty! Chico also noticed some evidence of another pest (Powder Post Beetle) in our basement, which he also treated for no additional charge. When the job was compete, Chico cleaned up everything. I was very impressed with the quality of service performed by Orkin and will most certainly recommend them to our neighbors and consider them for any future work.
