LOWE'S OF SALISBURY

I actually got a hot water heater 10 gallons higher than the one that I had because of their price.  They had the hot water heater in stock and their service was good.  The only thing I would give them a bad review on was charging $265 to install it.  I think that was ridiculous.

I shopped around and did a ton of research on hot water heaters, and I found that Lowe's had the best price. I actually bought a hot water heater 10 gallons more than what I had. They had the hot water heater in stock. Their service was good. The only thing that was bad was the cost of the installation. They wanted to charge an additional $265 to install it. I thought that cost was ridiculous.

Overall I've been using Lowe's for years and I have always been happy with what they've done. I actually prefer Lowe's to a private installer because if they mess something up I know I won't have trouble getting them to fix it.
My only gripe was when I wanted new countertops. I was told that I would have to draw my own schematic and take my own measurements. I went somewhere else. I knew what they were doing. They wanted no responsibility. If I took the wrong measurements it would be on my back.

Work was performed through Donny Meadows flooring, a subcontractor for Lowes. Lowes has several subcontractors, and a particular subcontractor can be requested.
We requested Donny Meadows after hearing a good review from a friend.
Crew was timely and efficient. Excellent installation. If they were not 100% sure of something, they would ask. They did a nice job.

customer service was helpful picking out carpet. installer contacted us the next day. appointments for measurements and installation were very flexible. carpet was installed in timely manner. installers were very polite and punctual

OVERALL,OUR INITIAL EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE BECAUSE THE INSTALLERS WERE NEVER ON TIME AND 3/10 DAYS RUINED MY MORNING CHORE TIME, OR NORMAL ROUTINE. THEN THE MATERIAL WAS LAID WRONG AND THE CARPET HAD TO BE REPLACED MAKING US MOVE THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE ROOM AGAIN. THE MOLDING WAS NOT TAKEN UP TO LAY THE CARPET THEREFORE FORCING THEM TO STRETCH THE CARPET CAUSING IT TO COME OUT FROM UNDER THE NEW MOLDING THAT MEETS THE TILE. THOUGH WE HAD MANY BAD MOMENTS, THE MANAGER TOOK CARE OF THEM YET HE HAD TO COME BABYSIT THE CONTACTOR TO MAKE SURE HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID THE WORK TO MY SATISFACTION.

WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE WAY THE TILE AND DECO TURNED OUT,BUT THE CLEAN UP WAS NEVER COMPLETE. WE HAD TO DO THE FINAL CLEANING OF THE GROUT DUST. A FEW DAYS AFTER THEY CAME TO DO OUR KITCHEN FLOOR AN PLACED THE FRIDGE ON THE NEW TOILE AND CRACKED THE GROUT ABOUT HALFWAY INTO THE ENTIRE FLOOR. AFTER 4 WEEKS WE WERE FINALLY RESCHEDULED TO DO THE JOB. SO OF ALL 3 JOBS WHICH WE HAD SCHEDULED, A 5 DAY JOB TOOK A TOTAL OF 6 WEEKS.
