Kevin came out to take a look at a sagging part of our roof. He got out his ladder to get a close look and was able to tell right away that the original roofing job left some nails exposed - they rusted, water got under the shingles, and the plywood and roof joist in the area rotted. He provided an estimate in only a couple of days, and we scheduled the work immediately. He showed up when he said he would, and the work went very well. Kevin also cleaned up all of the rotted wood and old shingles - there was no mess left behind whatsoever. We've used Kevin's services several times, and have stopped even considering anyone else for maintenance and remodeling projects. While Kevin's prices are not the lowest in town, they also are not "low-ball" prices just to get the job; they are fair, reasonable prices that cover the entire job, and the job is always done right.
