She completed the recovering of all three pieces but never did the legs and switched the material for the chairs from what I had asked for. Then when confronted she said the couch legs wont be seen anyway so she didn't want to do that work and tried to extort another $3,800 out of me to recover the chairs she screwed up. Since I have asked several times for her to correct her mistake at her expense and she doesn't want to do it, she retains a lawyer and provides him with bogus facts.

The installation crew from kitchen designs varied, but the team leader Alex was tremendous! There was no glich he couldn't fix and he continued to work on everything until it met his very high standard of perfection.
