GO GLASS INC

Go Glass scheduled an appointment to give me an estimate for replacing all the windows on my house.  They didn't show up for the appointment and didn't call.  I called them an hour after they missed the appointment to find out if they were coming and they said they couldn't come because it was raining . . .   . . .   Let me clarify -- there may have been a slight rain earlier in day -- maybe the grass was wet, but it wasn't raining.  They refused to come out  . . . .

Took my truck to them on a Saturday morning.  They immediately gave me two choices:  either wait for a tempered glass replacement from the manufacturer, or replace it with acrylic which they could do themselves.  I chose the latter and paid for it in advance so that a family member would be able to pick it up during a weekday.  By they're removing the window from the cap I could take my truck home and not leave it.  They took til the following Friday which was a couple of days longer than they originally told me, but that didn't cause me any problem.  And the price seemed reasonable.
