I have hired Bill from Glenwood Electric on a dozen or so occasions over the past 13 years we have lived here in Berlin, MD I would highly recommend him !

Bill, converted a 2 prong outlet to a 3 prong outlet and connected a new electrical line from the main electrical panel to the newly installed 3 prong outlet. He also replaced a burnt out 3 prong outlet on the outside at no extra charge. His work was meticulous, came right on time, explained every thing very well. I couldn't be happier. I will not hesitate to call him again when the need arises.

Bill was on time and performed all the necessary trouble shooting and found the problem in the wall. We have had many electricians work for us over the past 20+ years and Bill from Glenwood Electric is by far the most reliable, professional and reasonably priced electrician in the area. Fantastic! Great response time, quick resolution of the problem. Prior to calling Bill, I called several other electricians and all of them said that they could not arrive for at least 5 days. Having four children under the age of eight, laundry is a daily activity, five days would have been a disaster. Bill was on a service call when I called him, he asked if he could call back afterwards, which he did. He then said he could be here the same day at 1230 and arrived precisely on time. He completed the work quickly and efficiently, I will definitely contract Glenwood Electric for future electrical work.

Bill is terrific. We scheduled the job on a day when a new stove had just been delivered so he was able to do that, too, in addition to wiring to the break box for the bathroom mentioned above. His willingness to do small jobs (in addition to big) make him a perfect fit for someone like me who wants to do as much as possible on my own. He was also very careful about details--straight lines, squared up, clean finishing.

I have been updating my house in the six years I have lived here and Bill has done all the electrical work over that time. Why do I keep calling him back? He is highly skilled and experienced. Bill does excellent work! You know what the scope is up front. When Bill arrives at your house, he is all business. His rates are very fair. This last visit was to help me on my bathroom remodel. He installed new lighting cans in the ceiling and updated the switches and outlets. We were very happy with the results.

Bottom line - Overall, Great job. Highly professional.

I am remodeling my house one room at a time. Bill has done several jobs at my house over the last six years I have lived here. He knows what he is doing!! He has always been professional, competent, punctual and cost effective. He will tell you the best way to have your work completed and make sure you agree before starting the work. He is totally self sufficient when he arrives on the job site. Be ready for this part - he works quickly!! No nonsense. Just finish the work and clean up and move on. 
I have used Glenwood Electric for six years now and I would call them again the next time I needed electrical work. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.
 

He came several days before to determine what the problem was (at no charge). He ordered part promptly and called to set up a time convenient to me to install new house surge suppressor. As always, he was on time, worked quickly, cleaned up any mess, was polite and respectful, and left me with a professional receipt.

I have used Glenwood Electrical for numerous electrical work including replacing bathroom lights, installing all electrical circuits for new heat pumps, moving a microwave to a different wall in my kitchen, swapping out kitchen pendant lights for a new style, installation of a new bathroom fan, and the whole house surge suppressor (which, by the way, saved my house from a fire when a night light sparked and caused an electrical surge).
