They would not come when they said they would. This happened a couple of times. When someone finally showed up, he immediately said I needed a new alarm without investigating why it was alarming. He would have to order the new part and then I had to wait another week before he came back to install it. I tested the alarm after he left, and it did not work. He came back the next day and had to replace it again. Two days later, the alarm went off again. I called Gannons again about this and left a message. No one called back so I got someone else to take care of the problem. I spent $376 for a half-hours work by Gannons and the problem was still not fixed. (The labor was $225 for 30 minutes and the part was $151). Will never call them again for anything,
